JOB TITLE: Hybrid Assembler

DESCRIPTION: Hybrid Assembler that is experienced and familier with microelectronic products and manufacturing processes. Must be able to perform RF/Microwave semiconductor die attach, wire bonding, and inspection of microelectronic components and modules in a cleanroom environment. This position is responsible for inspecting in-process and incoming electronic assemblies and components. Individual must be self-motivated, works independently, has good communication skills and is detailed oriented. Must be skilled to work with miniature components, using tweezers and microscopes. Must be able to read and work from Assembly drawings, verbal instructions and engineering sketches. High School Diploma or GED required.

REQUIREMENTS: Job Qualifications: Candidates must have: Minimum 5 years of Assembly experience with microelectronics in the following areas:
- Hybrid electronics assemblies
- Wire Bonding
- Surface Mount Technologies
- Die Attach
- Soldering: J-STD-001 soldering certification
- Clean room experience
- Comfortable working with microscopes for detailed QC inspections
- Mil Specification training for Microcircuits (MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-STD-883)
- Strong people and interpersonal skills

Job title: Microwave Design Engineer
Job Description:
Will design and develop microwave multi-function assemblies for military and space applications. Must be experienced in design of Power Dividers, Hybrids, Couplers and PIN Diode products. Must demonstrate understanding of electronic circuitry related to microwave theory and practice. Requires working knowledge of spectrum analyzer, vector analyzer, scalar analyzer, oscilloscope, and basic electronic test equipment. Must be able to use mechanical drawing CAD tools such as AutoCAD, electrical analysis tools such as Eagleware. Must have demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. BSEE minimum. MSEE desired. Minimum of 5 years experience with design and test of hybrid assemblies for military applications.
