JOB TITLE: Hybrid Assembler
Description: Hybrid Assembler that is experienced and familiar with microelectronic materials, products and manufacturing processes. The individual must be self-motivated, work independently, has good communication skills and is detailed oriented. Must be able to read and work from Assembly drawings, verbal instructions and engineering sketches. High School Diploma or GED required.
Job Qualifications
Candidates must have: Minimum 5 years of Assembly experience with microelectronics in the following areas:
- Hybrid electronics assemblies
- Ball & Wedge wire Bonding
- Surface Mount Technologies
- Parallel Gap Welding
- Eutectic Die attachment
- Epoxy Die attach
- Soldering: J-STD-001 soldering certification
- Inspection of microelectronic components and modules in a clean room environment
- Mil Specification training for Microcircuits (MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-STD-883)
- Strong people and interpersonal skills

JOB TITLE: RF / Microwave Test Technician
Responsibilities: Be part of a production team responsible for the tuning and testing of high-reliability, Microwave Components & Assemblies. You will also assemble test set-ups using RF sweepers, RF power meters, Vector Network Analyzers, Scalar Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzers and other ancillary equipment. General knowledge of microwave test parameters so that basic production troubleshooting can be completed without engineer assistance. Must have knowledge of Microwave Materials and processes. Extensive experience tuning for return loss in Microstrip circuit is required. The individual must be self-motivated, work independently, has good communication skills and is detailed oriented. Must be able to read and work from Assembly drawings, engineering sketches and verbal instructions. Some Assembly skills and familiarity of Hybrid Assembly equipment required. Technical or related Associates Degree required.
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must have: Minimum 5 years of RF / Microwave Test experience in the following areas:
- Strong experience testing Hybrid electronics assemblies
- Experience working with related Manufacturing equipment
- Soldering: J-STD-001 soldering certification
- Test and Tune RF / Microwave components and module along with related Analog / Digital circuits
- Mil Specification training for Microcircuits (MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-STD-883)
- Strong people and interpersonal skills

JOB TITLE: RF / Microwave Design Engineer
Responsibilities: The Individual must have extensive experienced with Microwave components, sub-assemblies and manufacturing processes. The individual must be self-motivated work as a cooperative team member and individually, has good communication skills and is detailed oriented. Support product transition to Manufacturing. BSEE Degree required.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidates must have: 5+ years of RF/Microwave circuit design and realization experience
- Ability to Test and Design Microwave component and Sub-systems with related control circuitry
- Knowledge of and extensive familiarity with PIN Diode based Switches, Attenuators, Phase shifter, Limiters, Passive components such as Hybrids, Divider/Combiners, Filters, Active components such as LNAs, PAs, Oscillators, PLLs, etc
- Experience with Sub-system design along with thermal and mechanical considerations
- Knowledge of and experience with common microwave test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes and ancillary test equipment is required
- Extensive experience with Microwave design tools (Genesis), and mechanical tools (AutoCAD) is required
